Beautifully maintained room with an en suite bathroom. Location just off a close to main train station, Sapporo station, Odori park and Susukino and convenience store. Also, easy to navigate by JR Tower landmark.

The hotel property was unbeatable with exceptionally nice location just next door to otaru station / bus terminal, and a close to main train station. The staff was fabulously helpful and professional throughout the day. Double room included central heating, TV and a refrigerator. We appreciated the stay, it was a perfect experience.

We had a smooth check-in process and the location was excellent, just a short walk from the JR station. The breakfast spread was sumptuous and the staff even prepared a small gift for my toddler. Additionally, the rates we booked through their website were great.

convenient location, value for money,simple breakfast provided having in the room, reasonable price compare from near by hotel, honest staff, i left my smart phone on the bed when check out early morning, went back at night to get back, they returned to me, appreciated!

I like hotel for its centralised location. It is within walking distance to jr Sapporo Station at the north and Odori Park and Susukino district in the south.
Even as an affordable inn, it should at least provide Wifi facilities in the building and a microwave in the common pantry.

The location is very good. All famous Sapporo tourist sites are within walking. The hotel waiter and waitress are very nice. All in all, I like it very much.
The facility is a little bit old. I stayed there for three days, but 2 bulbs were broken.

They went above and beyond to ensure the comfort and safety of their guests, even during unexpected situations like the recent earthquake. Despite the power outage on the island, the hotel provided backup electricity, allowing guests to have light, charge their phones, and use clean toilet facilities. They even offered amenities like drinkable water, personal care goods, blankets, and pillows to those in need. The staff's generosity, efficiency, and empathy truly made a difference.
